3) Green cardamoms
4) Cumin seeds
5) Peppercorn

7) Cloves
8) Fennel Seeds
9) Dry mango powder
10) Tomatoes, potatoes & peas

Instructions while making pav bhaji:


1) Rinse and peel some potatoes and soak them in water for sometime.
2) Also rinse some peas in the water.
3) For making pav bhaji masala, chop the onions, tomatoes, half bell pepper, and add garlic ginger paste and keep all the substances aside.
4) Now add potatoes, carrots and peas in a pressure cooker and cover the cooker after adding some water in it.
5) The lid should be partially covered by the cooker so that steam could be passed out.
6) Wait for at least 2 whistles in a medium flame. Then mash the vegetables properly.
7) Now in a separate skillet, add some oil or butter in a low flame.
8) Add chopped onions in the skillet and saute them properly.
9) Now add garlic paste and chopped chillies in the mixture . 10) Make sure they will not get overcooked.
11) Afterwards, add chopped tomatoes, bell pepper, and salt as per the taste.
12) Now add little chilli powder and pav bhaji masala powder in the skillet.
13) Blend the mixture for sometime (around 2 to 5 minutes)
14) Now from the previous steps, add the boiled vegetables in the skillet along with some water to maintain the balance between the curry materials.
15) Bring the curry to a simmer and continue the process for 10 minutes. Please make sure to check the taste and colours while making it. You can add more flavors as required.
16) Now cool down the mixture and add little kasuri methi and ready to serve the dish.
17) Preparation of Pav: Cut the pav and place them in the skillet and heat them for a little period of time on a low flame.
