Step by Step Procedure to Prepare Chicken Lababdar

1) Boneless pieces of chicken (around half kg)
2) Some coriander leaves3) Cumin seeds

8) 2-3 teaspoon of garam masala powder

What is the step by step recipe of chicken lababdar?

Making of the puree for the gravy
1) Deep fry all the spices with onions  till they become light brown.
2) In the next step, fry the tomatoes till they become messy.
3) Add some cashew nuts and fry them as well.
4) Remove the whole spices and start making the puree with the help of a mixer grinder.

Making of Lababdar

1) In the first step of making lababdar, heat some oil in a skillet and add garlic paste in the oil.
2) Fry the garlic paste until the smell goes off.
3) Add and fry the onion pieces.
4) Now add other ingredients like cumin powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and saute all of them for a while.
5) Pour some water in the mixture and cook them for a few seconds.
6) Now in the further step, add chicken pieces and blend them with the masala and cook the mixture for a few minutes.
7) Now add tomato puree which you cooked earlier in this mixture and add little salt as per the taste.
8) Sooner or later, if your gravy becomes thick, then add water to make it thin.
9) In this step, add some crushed fenugreek leaves and cook the chicken properly. Don’t forget to add cream and ghee into the gravy.

10) You can also add some grated cheese in the gravy to make it more delectable.
11) Add some seasonings and if need be you can add some salt and other spices in the cooked dish. Your chicken lababdar is ready to serve in front of your guests. Don’t forget to make naans, chapatis or tandoori roti. This combination will be icing on the cake for this dish.
