3) Cardamom powder

12) Turn the gas stove off and start collecting the creamy layer which is smeared around the pan.
13) Now scrape off the whole creamy layer, or any dried form of milk with a spatula and add this back to the thickened milk. Keep stirring gently and slowly.
14) Now add all the other ingredients like cashews, pistachios, almonds, rose water, pandanus water to make your rabdi flavoursome.

How to serve and store rabdi


Steps to follow while storing rabdi:
1) Either you can serve it hot or cold. Most people prefer eating it at room temperature. You can also put in a tight container to cool and place the container in the refrigerator.
